Score: ✧✧✧✧ |
La Stipula Brut Rosé Metodo Classico shows a brilliant onion skin pink and
nuances of onion pink skin, transparent, fine and persistent perlage. The
nose denotes intense, clean, pleasing and refined aromas that start with
hints of cherry, plum and bread crust followed by aromas of raspberry,
blueberry, blackberry, yeast, strawberry, cyclamen and hints of vanilla.
The mouth has good correspondence to the nose, an effervescent and crisp
attack, however balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, pleasing
roundness. The finish is persistent with flavors of cherry, raspberry and
plum. La Stipula Brut Rosé Metodo Classico referments in bottle on its lees
for 18 months. |
