The wine shows an intense straw yellow color and nuances of straw yellow, very
transparent. The nose reveals good personality with intense, clean, pleasing,
elegant and refined aromas which start with hints of pineapple, toasted wood
and banana followed by good and intense aromas of hawthorn, coffee, broom,
litchi, apple, honey, plum, vanilla and pleasing mineral hints. In the mouth
has very good correspondence to the nose, a crisp and pleasingly round attack,
well balanced by alcohol, good body, intense flavors, very agreeable. The
finish is persistent with good and intense flavors of banana, litchi and plum.
A well made wine. Batàr ages for 10 months in barrique and for at least 10
months in bottle.
