Fattoria Dezi's wines will certainly be remembered for their high quality and value. The wines presented in the course of the evening, have been matched with dishes especially invented for the occasion by Antonello Biancalana - editor of DiWineTaste - and excellently made by Locanda dei Golosi's chefs led by Chef Emiliano Buccolini, whereas the service support was led by Roberto Bellezza and Manuele Gentili. Stefano Dezi - owner of Fattoria Dezi - who took part to the event, told participants about his winery and his territory. For the occasion have been presented the two new jewels of Fattoria Dezi's, Solo 2003 and Regina del Bosco 2002, two wines which have certainly surprised participants, enhanced by the matching with stewed beaf with porcino mushrooms and a selection of three pecorino cheeses. Also excellent the first two wines of the evening, Le Solagne 2004 and Dezio 2003, respectively matched with tunafish carpaccio and cappellacci with mushrooms ragout.
The tasting of wines and of the enogastronomical matching was conducted by Antonello Biancalana, who accompanied the participants to the discovery of the aromas and tastes of Fattoria Dezi's wines, in a journey from Verdicchio to Sangiovese and Montepulciano grapes.
