The five wines of Rudi Bindella's winery have told with their aromas and taste the productive philosophy of this winery from Montepulciano. To the event took part Ms. Angela Fronti - marketing manager - and Dr. Giovanni Capuano, agronomist and wine maker of Bindella winery. The event has begun with Dr. Angela Fronti who introduced the winery by telling the philosophy and wine production. Dr. Giovanni Capuano introduced participants to the productive characteristics of the five wines and of the grapes cultivated in Bindella's vineyards. The event has begun with Gemella 2008, from Sauvignon Blanc grapes, a wine produced in steel tanks and which caught the attention of participants for its aromas and for its elegance. The evening is then continued with the first of the three red wines - Rosso di Montepulciano Fossolupaio 2007 - from Sangiovese grapes and aged in steel tanks, followed by Vino Nobile di Montepulciano 2005, mainly produced with Sangiovese and in part with Colorino grape. Remarkable success for the third wine of the evening - Vallocaia 2004 - one of the most representative wines of Bindella, produced with Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, very appreciated by the participants for its structure and for its elegance. The event ended with Vin Santo di Montepulciano Dolce Sinfonia 2004, from Trebbiano Toscano and Malvasia Bianca grapes, aged in small barrels, certainly one of the best wines produced by the winery of Montepulciano, charming and enchanting for its intense aromas and balance.
