The event dedicated to Tre Monti was a striking success achieved by the elegance and particularity of the excellent wines produced by the winery from Imola, among the most interesting wineries of this area. The wines of the evening have been matched with the dishes created for the occasion by Antonello Biancalana - who also conducted the tasting of wines - and made by Locanda dei Golosi's chefs. To the event took part Mr. Vittorio Navacchia who told participants about its winery and the characteristics of the territories of Colli di Imola, Albana and Sangiovese di Romagna. The event started with Albana di Romagna Vigna Rocca 2006, the first of the two wines of the evening, followed by the excellent Colli di Imola Bianco Thea 2006: a great wine widely appreciated by participants for its class and elegance supported by a remarkable body. The event continued with Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore Riserva Petrignone 2005, a fine wine which allowed the understanding of Sangiovese produced in this area. The highest moment of the event has been represented by the amazing Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore Riserva Thea 2005: a confirmation of the quality expressed by Tre Monti winery, a great example of elegance and class supported by a long persistence. The end of the event was assigned to Albana di Romagna Passito Casa Lola 2005, leaving to the participants a "sweet" memory of the typical friendliness of Romagna.
