An extraordinary evening dedicated to the extraordinary wines of Azienda Agricola Adanti and its magnificent Sagrantino di Montefalco 2001. The evening, to which were present 150 participants, has been the triumph of Grechetto, Sagrantino and the other excellent wines of Adanti winery, presented in enogastronomical matching with the dishes created for the occasion by Antonello Biancalana and prepared by Locanda dei Golosi's cooks led by Chef Emiliano Buccolini. Mrs. Donatella Adanti and Mr. Daniel Palini took part to the event representing Adanti winery. The evening began with the very good Grechetto dei Colli Martani 2005, followed by Montefalco Rosso 2004. The event continued with Arquata Rosso, which in vintage 2001 still confirmed to be one of the best red wines of Umbria, preceding the extraordinary Sagrantino di Montefalco 2001, a great wine which impressed all participants for its elegance and excellence. The evening has then ended by Sagrantino di Montefalco Passito 2002: a sweet memory of a great event dedicated to the very good Umbrian wines of Azienda Agricola Adanti.
